Terms of sale
Core store terms for an age-restricted nicotine product catalogue.
Eligibility
You must meet the legal age and product rules of your destination country. The store may refuse or cancel an order when eligibility or documentation cannot be verified.
Prices & orders
Product prices, delivery contributions and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. An acknowledgement does not override a later compliance or stock check.
Returns & damaged goods
Return eligibility depends on product type and local law. Do not use a product you believe is damaged; contact support first. Final legal terms must be reviewed for each target market.
Online consultation
Ask about a model, batch specification, wholesale quantity or destination rules.
